Frank Coxwell

Welcome.  My name is Frank Coxwell.  I’m a lawyer based in Jackson, Mississippi and am a partner in the law firm of Coxwell & Associates, PLLC.  If you need assistance with Bankruptcy, Stopping Foreclosures, Stopping Garnishments, Mortgage Help, Mortgage Modification, or Mortgage Fraud matters, call me, I can help…anywhere in the state of Mississippi.

Although many of my clients reside in Rankin, Madison and Hinds Counties, I regularly represent clients from across Mississippi for both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 as well as Mortgage Problems.

I’ve been solving my clients financial problems for more than 31 years – and it’s been much more than just helping my clients file bankruptcy.  Bankruptcy is not always the best route for everyone - we have other options!

If bankruptcy is right for you, I can help you with that – but what makes me different is that I also work with you to ensure you are armed with the information needed to rebuild your credit (often possible to do within a year) and ensure that you have the knowledge needed to make the most of the fresh start you deserve! If another option better fits your situation – I’ll be the first to offer that recommendation and assist as well. It’s my job to provide the information you need to make an informed decision on what’s best for you, and as your attorney, I take that responsibility very seriously.
